This automatic Inline Servo-based Rotary Capping Machine, available in Multihead configurations, achieves a high-speed operation of 120 BPM for 8 heads. It accommodates various closure types, ensuring precision with servo Torque control.


Key Features

  • Smooth conveying of bottles into the machine by a feedscrew and Starwheel change parts.
  • Servo motor based torque controlled of each head.
  • Torque and speed of motor can be set from the HMI.
  • Pneumatic grippers are used to positively hold the caps during the capping process.
  • For round bottles a tensioning belt mechanism is used to positively hold the bottle during the capping process.
  • PLC and HMI are used  for ease of operation.
  • Optional Scada and IPC can be incorporated if the requirement demands that.
  • Optional inspection of the bottle after capping can be done by a camera inspection and a pneumatic piano rejection system in place.
