A weighmetric filling machine (also called a gravimetric or net weight filling machine) is a high-precision liquid filling system that measures the actual weight of product dispensed into each container using load cells — the same technology inside precision laboratory balances, industrialised and hardened for the production floor.
The process is beautifully simple. An empty container arrives at a weighing platform. The system records its tare weight. The filling valve opens, and as product flows in, the load cell tracks the rising weight in real time — like a hawk watching the scale. The instant the target weight is hit, the valve closes. Done. Accuracy of ±0.2% to ±0.5%, with no assumptions about density, temperature, or viscosity anywhere in the equation.
Volume is a slippery concept. A litre of product at 20°C is not the same mass as a litre at 35°C. Density varies between batches. Foam inflates apparent volume. Viscous liquids cling and drip. Every one of these quirks sabotages volume-based filling.

Fill ranges cover 50 ml to 5 litres as standard — expandable to 20 litres — at 20–100 bottles per minute.
